1. Contact our agency
2. Give your insurance information to one of our staff, then
3. Discuss your insurance exposures and risks (all relevant information must be disclosed)
4. Our agency will then provide you with a quote and price
5. The quote is not an offer of coverage and
6. No coverage is provided unless you decide to enter into a contract with one of the insurance company’s we represent.
7. The quoted price may change if additional information is added to the quote, this can be but not limited to: Driver License Reports; Accidents; Credit Reports; Claims; Youthful Drivers;
8. If you decide to purchase an insurance policy, the following will have to be completed:

• Application questions are answered, initialed, and signed by you
• A payment is made for the insurance premium
• The agency uploads the application and payment to company
• The company will then notify our agency if coverage is in place
